Meanwhile, in the Boiling Isles, the remaining Hexside students are hiding out in Hexside from the Collector under the leadership of Boscha, as anyone caught by the Collector has been turned into a marionette puppet. After saving Eda, King, and the Collector, the owl family burn away Belos' mouldy tendrils while the Collector keeps the archive house up high so it will not crash. After flying up high into space, the trio speedily flies back to the castle to cut Belos off from his powers.
Early life
They toss a blue log in her lap and reveal they raided the Bonesborough Garden Club for palistrom wood so she can carve her own palisman. She reveals she got Amity her job back and describes what she went through as the mouse that ate the diary appears out of her hood. She grabs it and Amity explains it is an echo mouse and demonstrates how it projects what it eats. After watching an entry, Luz changes her attitude on the mouse and says they will be great friends. As they venture through the forbidden stacks, they hide from Malphas, the master librarian.

However, they are then forced to work together shortly after the Golden Guard survived Kikimora's assassination attempt, losing his mask and revealing his appearance to Luz. Despite their hostile interactions, Luz nearly considers becoming friends with him due to his interest in wild magic, but he predictably attempts to double cross her. However, he ends up letting her and the palismen go despite knowing that Belos would be displeased with him. When Luz dies saving the Collector from Belos' blast and finds herself in the In Between Realm with King's dad, she feels guilty for having wished for the Collector to destroy Belos like he did last time. Luz first learns about Vee's existence during her attempt to make a portal to the Human Realm in "Yesterday's Lie" when she sees Vee in her house, disguised as herself. Luz is at first angered of her doppelgänger supplanting her; when Vee is scared by Luz appearing in her reflection, she runs off before Luz can ask her anything.
Luz's friends
She also refers to them, along with Luz, as her dumb kids, in "Really Small Problems". However, Eda apparently calls Gus "Goops", and said nickname has spread to various Hexside students. At times, Owlbert is sent by Eda to the human realm to collect random stuff which she calls "human treasure" for her.
Will There Be a House of the Owl Season 2 Release Date & Is It Coming Out?

Her trip is intertwined with themes of self-discovery and personal development as she starts to question the traditions and ideals that have been thrust upon her. Amity’s transformation from a rival to a trusted friend reflects the show’s emphasis on empathy and the power of understanding. She is portrayed as a skilled and ambitious witch, striving to meet the high expectations placed upon her.
She attends a field trip to the Emperor's Coven and begins searching for the Healing Hat, an old relic that supposedly can cure anything. With the help of Willow and Gus, she locates the item, but is caught by Lilith who destroys it and uses Luz as bait to lure Eda. During the fight, Lilith reveals that she was the one who cursed Eda and she gives into her curse. To her surprise, Lilith has had a change of heart when she reveals that Emperor Belos plans to kill Eda rather than cure her, as she had initially hoped. Luz takes on Belos herself and destroys the portal that was used to bring her to the Boiling Isles, thus destroying her "true way" home. Luz rescues Eda, along with King and Lilith and they return home to the Owl House.

Lilith and Eda have a strained relationship, with Lilith insisting on coming with her to see Emperor Belos. It is implied that she had good intentions for wanting to have Eda come with her when she unknowingly admits to Luz that Eda wanted to join the Emperor's Coven when she was little. Despite their tense relationship, she and Eda do express a longing for some kind of reconciliation. "Agony of a Witch" reveals that she cursed Eda when they were younger, as she was envious of her magical talent and power.

Luz then builds up the courage to say the next thing, but Amity gets too excited and asks her out first. Luz is slightly disappointed that she built up the courage for nothing, prompting Amity to awkwardly allow her to speak. Unsure what to do then, they hold hands and comment on how scary the situation still feels.
In The Owl House/Amphibia crossover short, "The Amphibia House", Luz and King meet Anne, Sprig, Polly, and Hop Pop, who are transported to The Boiling Isles by the Calamity Box. During the short, Luz and King show Anne and the Plantars around the Isles and becoming good friends until they are transported back to their own realm. She initially wore a white aramis cape with a shoting star graphic on the right shoulder and a green wig with the costume, but she lost both during her battle with Hunter, who was possessed by Belos. With a high fascination for all things fantasy and a knack for adventure, Luz is very outgoing and willing to hop into anything thrown her way. She sometimes has trouble looking before she leaps, but always manages to somehow land on her feet.
This eventually led to Luz attempting to help reunite Kikimora with her family during the Coven Day Parade, in which she plotted to seemingly kidnap her during the celebrations before risking her life in attempting to send her back home to Palm Stings. In "Thanks to Them", during the months following being trapped in the Human Realm, Luz and Hunter's bond has continued to grow, developing a much closer and unique relationship. While in the Human Realm, the two continued to bond as they guarded their respective secrets, which they kept from their friends, while also confining in each other the guilt and shame they both felt about them.
However, once Luz and Hooty realize that Bill's description of a titan fits King, they immediately realize that he's in danger and rush off to warn him. Upon being rescued, King is initially upset with Luz for taking him away, saying that he knows Luz will eventually have to leave the Demon Realm, and that he thought he'd have to prepare for a world without her. Luz then tells King that the Trappers won't help because he's not actually one of them, but a titan. While her friends emerge from the remains of the deteriorating moss and quietly take relief in their victory, Luz solemnly goes to the debris of the demolished castle's throne room to confront what remains of Belos.
Afterwards, when Amity expresses her worry about her parents not knowing about the Draining Spell, Luz assures her that she, along with the others, will help warn them. Later, both Luz and Amity, along with Willow, Gus, Hunter, sneak into the Blight factory, and get captured by Odalia and Kikimora instead. In "Through the Looking Glass Ruins", Luz still blushes when in the presence of Amity, though less so than her. After discovering the Echo Mouse, Amity tells Luz, "You always have a way of sneaking into people's hearts", and kisses her on the cheek. Luz is left completely dumbstruck by this as Amity turns away and walks into her house in embarrassment.
He is tall with brown skin, dark brown hair, dark gray eyes, arched upper lip, and pointed ears like his fellow witches. Gus Porter is a witch student at Hexside and former Human Appreciation Society president. As soon as you begin this animated series, you will become a big fan of Luz like I did as she navigates her new surroundings and makes new friends. My experience with The Owl House TV show was entertaining, and I found myself looking forward to the next episode. In "Eclipse Lake", the two would later meet again, when she, King and Amity capture Hunter during their respective searches for Titan's Blood at the Knee. During this time, Eda is shown to take pleasure in playfully mocking Hunter, though she is easily frustrated whenever he insulted her back, leading to much bickering between them.
